It is good to praise the LORD and make
music to your name, O Most High
-Psalm 92:1, NIV
Highland Heights is a singing and a musical church! The aim of the music program is to assist and lead the congregation in worshipping the Lord through singing and with instrumental music to bring praise and honor to the Lord God.
Highland Heights has a variety of music programs, and we are always looking for new people who want to join us and use their talents to praise the Lord with music.
Highland Heights also praises God with instrumental music that is warm and wonderful. In addition to the organ (Cindy Phillips), the grand piano (Lauren Fiveash), guitarĀ (Russell Mann) and substitute guitar (Mike Bishop), the church enjoys the presence of many talented musicians who assist in the worship services with instrumental solos and ensembles from time to time. These have included recently the harp, violin, oboe, guitar, ukulele, and mandolin. The Lord has blessed our church with talented people who use their talents to bring praise, honor, and glory to God through music.
