Tim Foster

Senior Pastor

Tim Foster, the senior pastor at Highland Heights Presbyterian Church, has been serving at HHPC for 23 years. He is married to Rene and has two sons, John Knox and Josh, along with their wives, Shannon and Lauren. Tim and Rene are also blessed with two grandchildren named Knox and Zander. His favorite Bible verse is Colossians 3:17. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science from Mississippi State University, a Master of Divinity from Columbia Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry from Reformed Theological Seminary. He also serves as a CDR in the United States Navy Chaplain Corps and as a chaplain for the Shelby County Sheriffs’ Office.

Rosie Blatt

Administrative Assistant

Rosie Blatt, an Administrative Assistant, has dedicated 15 years of her career to Highland Heights. She has been happily married to John since 1971 and they have a daughter named Angie. She believes in prioritizing God's kingdom and righteousness, trusting that everything else will be provided. She completed her education at Bartlett High School in 1969 and has been involved in various publishing roles since the age of 19. Rosie also pursued further education in Desktop Publishing at State Tech.

Lily Flint

Financial Secretary

Lily Flint is Highland Heights’ new Financial Secretary. She moved to Memphis from Kansas City at the end of 2022. She is one of ten children and was raised a military brat. Lily and her family go to Faith Baptist Church in Bartlett. She is an inveterate tourist and spends most of her free time with her family – Lily is pictured here with her nephew, Rio, who is a student in HHPC’s Parents’ Day Out. She is enjoying being on the staff of Highland Heights. 

Jason Gatlin

Youth Director | Lead Audio and Visual Technician

Jason Gatlin serves as the youth director and A/V tech at Highland Heights. Alongside his wife Traci and their two children, Alina and Aven, they share their home with two dogs and one cat. Jason's favorite bible verse, 2 Corinthians 12:9, reminds him that God's grace is sufficient in all aspects of life. With a diverse professional background, Jason is a true Jack of All Trades, having successfully tackled various roles and responsibilities throughout his career.

Jev Windham

Worship Guitarist | Director of Young Adult Ministry

Jevadiah Windham is a graduate of Bethel University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing with honors. Raised by his grandmother, Jev was instilled with a deep-rooted faith in God and a tireless work ethic, shaping his lifelong commitment to ministry and service. For the past two years, Jev has faithfully led worship at Highland Heights Presbyterian Church, growing both musically and spiritually as he continues to deepen his knowledge of the Word and the power of praise. His journey in ministry includes serving as interim pastor at Dyer Cumberland Presbyterian Church for over a year and a half, and preaching across numerous congregations throughout West Tennessee during his undergraduate degree studies. Jev’s calling is clear; he believes his life’s purpose is to serve the Lord wholeheartedly in all he does. Now, as Worship Guitarist and Director of Young Adult Ministry at Highland Heights, he’s honored to walk alongside a vibrant church family, passionately leading others in worship and spiritual growth.

Lauren Burke Fiveash

Ensemble Director | Pianist

As Ensemble Director, Lauren directs the 8:30 a.m. service ensemble. She also accompanies the choir and church services on the piano. A graduate of Christian Brothers University with a degree in Business Administration, Lauren also has a teaching license in choral music, grades K-12. She is an elementary Orff music teacher and a grandma of two precious girls!

Cindy Phillips

Organist

Music has always been the biggest interest in Cindy’s life. She has played organ and piano since childhood, studied music formally in private instruction and also attended Belmont University School of Music in Nashville, TN. She has taught children’s choirs, directed handbell choirs, and choral groups in numerous churches in Tennessee, Mississippi, and Illinois during her 30 years of ministry alongside her husband who is an ordained minister. Although she loves cats and currently shares “her space” at home with two loyal and devoted felines, her pride and joy is found in their three children and ten grandchildren. Cindy feels very much appreciated and at home in the HHPC family, enjoying the blessings of working with the music staff and participating in the music program.

Terry Walker 

Choir Director 

 Terry Walker is our new choir director, who is married to Angel and has two children. He enjoys directing the choir and playing the cajon for the contemporary band.

Alina Gatlin 

Multimedia Administrator

Alina Gatlin, multimedia administrator, has embraced Highland Heights as her second family for 19 years. She cherishes the bond with her brother Aven and adores her dog, Miles. Currently, she is pursuing her dream of entering the nursing profession at Baptist Health Sciences University. Alina holds dear the Bible verse Romans 8:28, serving as a reminder that God works for the benefit of those who love Him and follow His purpose.

Lesa Hart

Children's Ministry Director

 Lesa Hart is the director of the children's ministry and is married with three children and eight grandchildren. After retiring from her corporate job, she decided to take care of her grandchildren. With 35 years of experience, she has been teaching children at both school and church. Currently, she is focused on teaching Sunday school and Children's church for children aged 4 to second grade.

Chrissy Thornton

PDO Director

Chrissy joined the PDO staff in 2003. She considers it a privilege to work with the families and teaching staff and loves how everyone at this church feels like family! She two amazing daughters and a precious grandson who attends our school.
